Background:
Brian joined Environment
Illinois’s staff in December 2007 and is working to pass strong energy
efficiency codes, implement the utility energy efficiency programs and stop the
development of the Midwest market for dirty
tar-sands oil. Previously, Brian was an attorney with Sidley, Austin, LLP working in
intellectual property litigation group. Brian is a 2003 graduate of the New
York University School of Law and a 1999 graduate of the University of Iowa.
